With a background in higher education, operations, and marketing, Stefani brings a unique mix of structure and creativity to every project. She specializes in helping organizations get unstuck—whether that’s leading a complex project, reimagining workflows, planning impactful events, or building stronger engagement strategies.

Stefani earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Her career has spanned industries from the oil sector to higher education, operations management, and staff recruitment. In each role, she naturally stepped into the space of improving systems, strengthening engagement, and creating community with a focus on the customer experience.

In 2018, Stefani founded BB Cooperative (BBCo RDU)—named after her beloved dog, Bae—as a way to partner with businesses and nonprofits who need both a strategist and an executor. Known for her ability to “get it done,” she helps clients move ideas from vision to reality with clarity, creativity, and momentum.
